Cancellation and Refund Policy

Wanaka Kayaks may cancel or postpone tours or rentals due to bad weather or lake conditions and will refund customers 100% of price paid.

Freedom Rentals
Four or Less Persons
• Once a booking has been made and paid for, a notice of 2 hours prior to the booked time, must be given to receive a full refund.
• After this time customers will be charged the full amount for the rental.
Five or more persons
• Once a booking has been made and paid for, a notice of 4 hours prior to the booked time, must be given to receive a full refund. After this time customers will be charged the full amount for the rental.

Guided Tours
• Cancellations must be given 24 hours prior to the commencement of the tour to receive a full refund.
• If, on the day of the tour you decide not to turn up for whatever reason, no refund.
